      Business owner who sells bakery items on Etsy took my money on April 7th via Venmo for $***. The item never arrived for my party, no product was received and she still has not refunded me nearly a month after I was supposed to receive the item. We have been communicating back and forth on Etsy messenger and she still has not attempted to refund me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      In 5 days from her response, there will still be a few days until she says her money will become available on Venmo and I won’t know until then if I end up getting the refund she’s promised. I want to keep this case open until the date she has specified she can pay me back.

      Hi, I’m in no way shape or form attempting to scam you. I see in your response where you stated that I may say it will be a few more days to get the money in the acct, I’m not trying to prolong this on purpose at all. the money was taken from my bank acct, and it currently being processed/deposit in my Venmo set to be transferred over to you tomorrow as soon as I see that it is in there! If I was able to yo cancel the transfer “5days” ago and make the immediate transfer that day I would have bu* ***** couldn’t cancel the transfer. I would have issued it on zelle but when I put your cell phone number in that you sent to me, it did not show a user in the system and it wanted me to input your name. I didn’t feel comfortable sending money to a user that wasn’t in their system as it didn’t show on the directories I’m not attempting to scam you or hold this money or make you think I’m trying to prolong this and make you say oh I’m going to come up with another few days to make her wait that’s not my intentions at all you will have your money as soon as possible is scheduled to be in my account tomorrow as soon as I see it in there you will have it  I want this over and done with as much as you want us over and done with this is added a lot more stressed of my life then what is needed and I’m sure that’s the case for you as well. I want to make sure it’s over and done with and this case can be closed once the transfer is complete. If you will see the notification on Venmo to the profile that you sent me the original funds on and then I will also make sure to take a screenshot so as proof that I have to ensure that the money was sent
