    I have very mixed feelings about the company and its practices. I was initially excited about replacing our outdated tub with an updated shower. FS&B was the first company I had out. I was impressed with the Kohler products liked their quality. Even though the salesman reminded me of a car salesman (high pressure sales), I proceeded to sign a contract with the company. After about six weeks of waiting for the shower materials to come in, my install was scheduled. The installer (one person) arrived and started ripping out the old tub and walls. The two to three day install dragged out to almost two weeks (we had another bath/shower to use so the delays (weather, child care etc.) didnt bother us much. We are ultimately happy with our new shower. Now the down side. We LIKE our new shower, for the cost, I expected to LOVE it. The quality of the install is not what I expected, small things but again, for the price, I would have expected better. During the sales visit, it was stressed that all installers are W-2 employees of the company. During the installation, I found out ours was a subcontractor. A few months later, were still waiting for some minor touch **** I have not contacted the company (I have been communicating directly with the installer) nor have they reached out to me to follow up on my satisfaction. Recommend that if you want to get a quote from FS&B, that you bring them in last so you have quotes to compare with theirs and see how other companies present their products. I could have remodeled the entire bathroom for what this shower cost. I do like the Kohler products.

    We Used Florida ***************************** for a Kohler shower install. Company refused to respond to verbal complaints about damage left in ceilings, walls, and wood damage to door frames left by their installers. We asked that they either send someone to examine damage or compensate us to have it repaired. After a week of silence (after two more attempts for response via text) we had the damage fixed ourselves so we could complete the ****************. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT let anyone from this company to even enter your home!
