    I've used Competition Doors and Glass many times for commercial window repair. In the past they've been very responsive and have done a good job. Thats no longer the case.In November, 2022 I called my sales contact *** to get them to fix 3 large windows that had been vandalized. They came out right away, replaced the windows and I paid them immediately. A couple weeks later I noticed that the aluminum trim strips around the windows had not been replaced. I called *** and was told they had the trim and would replace them soon. For over a year I've called *** as well as the office no less than 20 times. They are always nice, apologize for the hassle, make some excuses and tell me they will take care of it soon, and many times even give a specific day when it will be done. It still hasn't happened. Very frustrating and disappointing service.Last month I left messages with them, since they no longer answer or return my calls, saying if the trim wasn't replaced by the end of the year I would post negative reviews, contact Better Business Bureau and file a small claims case. It's unfortunate that it has come to this.
