      They took my money, but never produced blinds or provided a refund. I ordered blinds from this company in July. When I didnt hear anything by August/Sept, I called to inquire about my order. I was told my blinds were in a container somewhere waiting to be unloaded and taken to the store (but no idea when that would happen). Realizing all the issues with supply chain, I understood that, so didnt push. She then said they could either refund my money or there was a shipment that had just come into the shop and I could get my blinds from that (yes, seemed odd, but I had done business with them before so didnt question anything). Fast forward to October and numerous phone calls and emails unanswered, I finally called their ************ office. The man who answered informed me the ******* office has closed. I asked what was happening to the customers and he said theyd been closed out. I asked if I would be refunded since they had my money but I had no blinds. He said quickly, Ill talk to my manager. He abruptly hung up not having my name or any customer related info. Clearly theyre just taking the money and have no intention of squaring up with customers. Even had they been courteous enough to notify me that theyd gone out of business, I would have understood. But to hear nothing, its simply just stealing customer money. Poor business practice, poor character.
