Two truckloads of quality topsoil, 8 cubic yards each one week apart, were delivered on time as promised. No problem with communication by phone/email/TM with *****. Will use them again if/when we need more topsoil. A+ transaction overall.

DO NOT USE!!! Called the company to order a load of driveway rock and was given a service date for delivery. The delivery did not show and there was no communication regarding why. I had to contact the company to ask where my load of rock was. I was then informed they were out of stock but I could have a refund or they could provide a substitute. I accepted a substitute with the caveat that as long as it's driveway rock with fines or clean, don't care, that's fine. The load showed up and was not rock, it was powder. It was the equivalent to Quikrete. Even the truck driver delivering it was like, you don't want to put this on your driveway. I rejected the load and called the company back only to have them argue with me and blame me for ordering the wrong thing. At that point, I requested a refund. He then argued about that. Good news is, I did get my full refund. I also discovered the company blocked my number. THE COMPANY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. Seems like a VERY SHADY business with no communication, extremely poor customer service and the fact that a ********************** blocked my number because I called them out on their mistakes is ridiculous. Mind you, I did not get belligerent with them and didn't even raise my voice until he continued to argue with me during the third or fourth phone call I had to make to sort this out, and to continue to blame me for ordering the wrong thing when it was his suggested "substitute"; it was infuriating. The call center person also threatened to charge me additional fees if I cancelled (which they didn't do), even though he offered a refund in the beginning. Bad Company!!! Bad ***************** DO NOT USE!

The customer was informed that the product they ordered (57 stone) was out of stock at the closest location to them. The delivery price quoted was based on this location. We offered to deliver the material from a farther location, but this would incur an additional cost due to the increased haul rate. Alternatively, we could cancel the order and issue a refund. The customer initially stated he would probably cancel the order.During the discussion, road base was mentioned. Road base is a classification of aggregate that includes both the rock and the fines (fine particles of rock). This mixture compacts well and is commonly used as a base layer for gravel roads and other applications requiring a sturdy, compact base. The customer indicated that this was what they had wanted all along. When the driver arrived at the delivery location, he showed a sample of the material (caliche road base) to the customer. The customer claimed it was "all powder" and not what he wanted. He then showed the driver the existing material on a portion of the driveway, which the driver identified as 1/2" to 3/4" bluestone. The customer called and argued that the caliche road base was "all powder" and not what he had ordered. We explained that this was exactly what he had agreed he wanted, the road base. The customer's wife also got on the phone and argued that it was just powder and they never agreed to that, claiming they wanted the rock with fines, not powder. It appears the customer was confused and uninformed about the materials. They assumed "fines" meant 1/2" stones, which is incorrect. "Fines" refers to the fine particles of rock, similar to sand or dirt in size and shape. We delivered the caliche road base that the customer had requested. When it became clear that this was not the correct material for their application, we did not charge them for the material or the hauling cost. We informed them that we could bring the correct material (1/2" to 3/4" bluestone) but the customer continued to argue that we had brought them powder and how wrong we were to do so. They claimed that where they are from, they place an order and the correct material is delivered the same day. If they had known what material they really needed to order from the beginning, we would have delivered that instead.

Do NOT trust what these people tell you!!!I tried to order site materials online, only to find out that their online ordering system does not work. No worries, I will just call their help center. After being hung up on three times, I finally got through only to be told to order online. After convincing the associate that the online ordering system does not work, did he help me place an order. My credit card was charged and I was told delivery would take place Monday of the following week. As a matter of course, no delivery was made. When I inquired about a new date, I was told Wednesday. When no delivery was made again, I had to call to find out why. I was told there was no foreseeable date for delivery and that they would call me when they knew of one. I immediately cancelled my order. We shall see how long it takes to get my money back. Next step for me will be to process a complaint.

We cannot find this customer in our system. We do see the same name on a ****** search with the same response to a competitor.
