    We did a cleaning on Thursday August 25, 2022 on an hourly basis.  On an hourly basis our clients pay for the time that we are at the home cleaning the things that they want us to clean.  When we got to his home he told the 2 people that he wanted a comforter put on his bed and that he was not picky so they can just clean his home after that.  We were there for 1.25 hours so we charged him $170.00.  On Friday morning he called our office and was very irate about the cleaning and was yelling in the phone to my office assistant.  I was out of the office for the day at a meeting so she called me and I told her that she did not need to deal with that and that I would refund his money on Monday when I got back in the office.  I refunded his money first thing this morning even though we do not guarantee our hourly services.  He got his 1.25 hours of cleaning for free.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
