      Based on my experience with this company I wouldn't do business with them. They tore through our neighborhood breaking peoples yards, internet lines and water lines. They do not take the time to ensure the work they did was done properly our with quality. They wait for people to reach out and complain rather than checking with people to ensure everything was good before ******* off to the next yard to destroy. I even reached out to them ahead of them getting to my house they were willing to setup a tent to take complaints, but didn't do anything to actually improve the quality of their work. When they eventually got to my house they dug holes and didn't even bother filling them they just laid the sod over it. When I stepped in the spot my foot sank in. On top of that the sprinkler in that area is damaged as well. We have had their competitors including the cable company run lines over the years and we never had the kinds of issues that IQ created all because they are going too fast and are more interested in a race to connect houses rather then communities they are trying to do business in. The worst part of this is our neighborhood already has fiber internet?? There are so many other places around town that do not why bother tearing everything up for someone who already has what you are trying to sell.

      IQ Fiber is attempting to come into our neighborhood to install fiber. This company is known to cause extensive damage to virtually every neighborhood that they enter. They flood ****** and ******** with fake reviews and bots to hide their malfeasance. They regularly cut power lines, water lines, existing fiber lines, and irrigation lines whenever they do an install in a neighborhood where the utility easement is anywhere near the houses. One homeowner reported that they caved in his yard. In another they caused a power surge that damaged nearby homes and appliances. One neighborhood advised that they were without the use of their sidewalks for months because of the damage caused by IQ Fiber. How this company is allowed to operate in ******* is beyond me. I would encourage everyone to flood your local councilman's office with complaints until they are stopped from damaging anymore neighborhoods.

While we work hard to avoid other infrastructure service lines, not all lines are marked and on occasion, service lines do get hit, but we are committed to a quick response and resolution. Less than 2% of residents homes have been impacted by any issue and of those, over 90% are resolved within 24 hours. You can report any issue on the construction tab on our website, by calling our support center at ************, or by contacting the construction coordinator for your community. Their names and phone numbers are also listed on the construction tab on our website (**************************************). We do not generate fake reviews. Our reviews are generated by our customers organically. Our team is committed to a superior customer experience.

      Superb company with completely local customer service representatives. Immediate response to any issues and amazing level of personal service for each customer. This company puts every other internet provider in the dirt.
