  Updated review: He begged us to remove the review under the pretense that he would issue a refund, which the immediately clawed back through ******. But what is sad that he spent our money within ONE day then took 3 weeks to get some money deposited in his account to issue a refund before clawing it back. Just makes you wonder what kind of fraudulent business he is running. See text messages. This guy is clearly a fraud, please stay away.Original review which he begged to be taken down:Don't fall for these "5 star" reviews like we did. ***** is basically forcing customers to write them by hovering over people and pressuring them to leave a good review. Don't waste your hard earned money because the results you are expecting will not be there.But it makes sense why he does this. The steam cleaning he did was below average, at most. The grout is still mismatched and dirty, just like it was before we paid $550. ***** told us it would take 2.5 hours but it actually took 5.5 hours with his multiple cigarette breaks. I don't know what he did during that time but our tile and grout are not clean - just look at the pictures.***** bad mouths ******* ******* but in retrospect, we wish we went with ******* because what we got from SteamPro is a sloppy job. Not only that, but he damaged our grout in several places. ***** also damaged our LVP flooring by dragging his equipment over it to get to the tile areas he was supposed to clean. And he broke our baby gate by forcibly opening it. Of course, he claims that he did a good job and didn't do any damage, which are blatant lies.The photos speak for themselves.We were hoping to have a good cleaner handy, support small business and refer them to our friends.But sadly, ***** is a horrible person to do business with. Please go elsewhere and don't waste your time and money here.

  I asked **** what it would cost to clean a roughly 14 x 16 bedroom. He said he didn't know and would need to look at it first. The day came for our appointment. As I was driving to the home he called to tell me that he was finished and it was going to cost $65 (which I thought was decent and which obviously I misunderstood). I went to the *** and took out $80. As he was ready to leave he said "did you want to handle this outside?" Not sure what he meant, he then tells me that the cost was $265! I ended up writing a check out to him, rather than the company, due to issues he has with banks honoring checks made out to the company. When I left I texted him how disappointed I was. He then became indignant when I pointed out to him that he NEVER gave me an estimate. He said he tried calling me and had to "wait" for me. My phone showed that he called at 1:01 p.m. I returned his call at 1:03, which is when he told me he was done. I told him I would've never agreed to pay $265...EVER...for such a small room, especially after he told the home owner that a whole house would cost anywhere between 300 to 600. DO NOT LET THEM CLEAN ANYTHING WITHOUT AN ESTIMATE. I was cleaning this strictly as a courtesy after my brother passed away in his sleep.
