    I sent a phone to be repaired to this company. My phone simply needed a backlight I c to be repaired to turn the screen back on. They sent the phone back to me about a month later telling me it was fixed but it was nothing even close to that. So when the phone returned I asked them what they had done and they told me they had replaced the I told them
    That the device was not working and that I was going to send it back so they could fix it again. I sent along a brand new screen as a courtesy so they could test with it. After another month they finally got in contact with me. Oh I'm sorry let me scratch that I got in contact with them and finally was able to get my phone sent back to me even though they said it. Was non repairable and they couldn't fix it. They did however issue me a refund which was good. But the big issue is The screen I sent along for them to TEST with They decided to assemble the broken phone and put my brand new screen with glue on to this broken phone. This is a $135 screen. I'm sorry $145 screen now. I cannot even return the screen for my refund because they have glued it to the frame. I have been calling and calling and calling and calling and they refuse to answer my telephone calls text messages emails or anything. I am located in ****** **** ********. They are located in ************ ******* so I cannot confront them face to face. But I feel like the world needs to know. That this company is not a fair company and this company does not know what they're doing even though they advertise that they do. I was looking to be reimbursed for what they broke but at this point. I just want the world know what a ****** business they are.

    Thank you for contacting us about his matter!.
    The phone was received completely disassembled and tried to put it back as request.

    We put the phone back apparently customer (which is a phone repair shop) doesn't know how to take the screen off to send it back for warranty.
    Due to this customer is claiming we put too much glue and he can't remove the screen and now he wants to make us responsible for the part, he did not contact us about the matter and also he changed the cost of part 3 times (increasing price each time) as shown on the complaint.

    Repair for this device was also unsuccessful and customer was refunded as stated on complaint!.
    We see a way of resolving this by helping customer separating the screen for him to send it back to ***.
