      I am rejecting this response because: The billing was predatory. While Urgent Care has offices and employees I do not and I have spent a number of hours to get the "error" resolved. No refund was offered. No one apologized for the worry it caused me or the time it took me to actually make contact to resolve their error. When I emailed **** a response I asked her to explain how it was an error. I also asked that if I had not addressed the issue would I have continued to be billed? No answer. I want to make sure this happens to no one else and its clear it is just how they operate.

      Contact was made with *** ***** on 7/24/2023.  A statement stating a line item charge with a zero balance was sent out in error.  *** ***** did pay her balance in full when she was seen in the office and we sincerely apologize for the error and her inconvenience.

      We contacted *** ******** via telephone regarding her visit on 5/29/2023.   A COVID test was performed and results were provided to *** ******** at the end of her visit.  The exact type of test needed by *** ******** for travel by the airline was not clearly noted/communicated during the visit.   A partial refund will be processed for any misunderstanding regarding the testing.

      I paid a $75 co-pay at the Orange Park location on 08-26-22 at CareSpot Orange Park. Aetna covered the entire visit (they paid $200) per EOB (Claim ID *********). I have reached out to CareSpot via their website email form. I have not received a response. I am owed a refund as they are double dipping.

      We apologize for any delayed response.  ** ****** was contacted by the management team and the refund for the $75 copay was processed by our billing dept.
