******* was very professional, courteous and left no mess. I was impressed on how quickly my closet was installed. It looks perfect! *************, my sales rep was also so nice and patient with me as I learned the various styles and materials to select from. I would definitely recommend this company to others. The closet looks great!! I have more space and I no longer have those annoying wire rods!! I plan to use them for my other projects around my house. Oh and I forgot to mention its very affordable for the quality!!

100% recommend Closets by design. The designer came out measured everything. We sat down at my dining room table, I told him what I wanted out of my closet and laundry, he designed it right there. After reviewing and editing to my taste. He explained what the installers would and would not do (they would remove the old shelves, but will not repair damage left behind, they would remove baseboards and would clean up after themselves). I didnt want to get backs on the cabinets, so I removed the old shelves and repaired the walls and painted to get the rooms ready for them. The installers came, called 30 minutes ahead of time. They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly, joked around with me. My installers were ****** and ********. Everything installed in a few hours.Closets By Design of the First Coast

Starting with the ****************** and ***************** installation were on time, respectful, and professional. Great to work with. I wish they'd sent them with drawers the first day so install could have been done in one day but not their fault. On to the bad. The design process was tedious, overall very expensive, and we couldn't get final (triple) measurements until we had a door walled up, which did not change the dimensions of the space at all. So our install was in mid-December despite putting a deposit down in June. Now my fault for not reading the fine print, but you have 3 days to rescind your deposit otherwise you forfeit it. No one explained this. When we thought about canceling because of the additional two month lead time on install, we were then told we'd have to eat the $1600 deposit. When I asked how I would know that, the manager said well you signed it and your design salesperson should have gone through line by line with you. I signed electronically so how could she have done that? They refused to work with us at all despite being so close to canceling so we continued with them out of spite for not wanting to waste $1600 even though my tried and true general contractor could have done it cheaper and sooner. Closets look pretty good overall, just a terrible sales experience. Great install guys. Otherwise do not recommend.Closets By Design of the First Coast

We are sorry that the final measurements of your space delayed the installation of your closet but we've found through experience that this is the best way to prevent any surprises at final installation. Thanks for your complements to the installers. They are really great guys, in fact our entire team tried to do their best to make this a pleasurable experience for you. We are very sorry for the delays.Regarding the cancellation process, it's not our intent to be punitive on cancellation charges, but we have to have a limit for how much labor and cost goes into a project before canceling. This is why we spell it out as best we can to ensure this happens as rarely as possible, if at all. We would always recommend that clients of any service provider read the ****************** carefully to be sure you retain all of your options and choices, thus protecting both you and the provider. We're very glad that you enjoy your final product and will try to do our better moving forward if you decide to call on us again.Review fromJane H

5 starsAMAZING!!! So glad we found Closets by Design! Lori came to the house and drew up my dream shoe shelves....and hanging stuff but shoes were top of the order ??......today Jacob and Jeremiah came and built Lori's design...they were fast , courteous, neat , organized and uber professional!!! I've already passed on Lori's info to 3 different friends of mine just today from pics of my results....i know Lori will be staying busy designing and Jacob and Jeremiah will keep their install calendars full! Thanks so much
