    these guys are absolutely not professional and understand computers no more than schoolchildren. I asked to diagnose the motherboard, and they simply said that the part that I myself mentioned was broken was broken. This diagnostic cost $45. don't go here!

    This customer was well aware is our ***** fee. He was aware of our diagnosis and chose not to accept it . He was rude and threatening. After he exhibited this behavior, I stopped working on his laptop and told him to come pick it up. Our amazing reviews stand on their own .

    Seriously? You could at least follow one story! In ****** reviews you said that I asked to be taught how to fix it, here you said you refused to fix it because I was being rude. I wasn't rude, I didn't say a single bad word. Was I unhappy when you said that I should pay for diagnostics when you just repeated what I told you and ignored the purpose of my visit? Yes I was. Do you find the promise to leave a bad review threatening? I don't, since I paid you, I became a client and I have the right to evaluate your work.

    We have audio and video of all of the interactions with you. We provided the service requested and received a rude and threatening response when you weren't satisfied. You threatened to leave a bad review if we charged you the ***** fee. Our reviews is what drives our business. When you try to disparage my business I will respond. The majority of our customers leave great reviews because we do good work. I'd encourage you to find another repair center that fits your unique needs.

    Ohh, if you have, review it again, I asked to check the motherboard on a short, you said you will check every component. Eventually you did nothing.
