    Professional organization that delivers a quality product. I appreciate that they were able to review my portfolio so quickly. Good process and I recommend anyone who has led projects without formal certifications check them out. They deliver the knowledge you're missing and give you credit for what you already know.

    I am a transitioning military member that was looking to populate my resume with some civilian certifications to help translate my military experience and to help hiring managers understand my skillsets. I had a colleague recommend Top of Descent Leadership and they were the perfect fit for me. I wasnt exactly sure what certifications fit my experience best, so I opted into having the ***** minute interview and they guided me with ease due to him being a Navy veteran. I was able to Fast Track my certification and looking to complete 2 more certifications before I transition out of the Navy. If I was local to them, I would have applied for a job just because how impactful their work is, and I feel a connection with helping and giving back like they did for me. Thank you to the whole team.

Everything about the experience was smooth and exceeded my expectations. I was really impressed with the instructors and their ability to break down concepts to a level where I could understand them when I had questions. Would definitely recommend!
