    On December 19, ******************************** Its the holidays and every ***** matters. The gas is cheap but they are full of it. Waited until my tank was on E to get more gas. I paid $20, my $20 out the bank was gone, the pump said $20, but my tank was still on E. They wouldnt reset the pump. Wouldnt refund my money, and wouldnt even come see proof that I got no gas. Its theft and the police said to just dispute with my debit card.I just want my money back.

    We apologize for the experience you had and or the inconvenience this ma have caused during the holiday season. 

    When we asked the manager about the situation, we were told that you had gotten a receipt. When police arrived, they verified the transaction showing that you did get your gas. We don't know how you did not get your gas. All of our gas pumps are new, installed less than 2 years ago, and are inspected regularly by the state to ensure proper functionality. We would never intentionally withhold service or funds from our customers.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    The business printed the receipt as soon as the gas was paid for, not after it pumped. When the police arrived, the officers saw that my tank was still empty. The owner refused to come outside and look at my tank with the fuel light sill on. The police asked to see the cameras and the register *** said they didnt have access to the cameras. 

     

    The police told me to file the complaint because its a civil matter and there is nothing they can do  about it. There were other customers that said theyve been taken advantage of like that with this gas station before.
