      Paid 3000$ for someone who sounded great and caring over a consultation on the phone, then a week and a half in already started asking for more money, did absolutely nothing as far as the case, charge ridiculous amounts for every little thing they can to run up your bill to get past that 3000$ retainer so they can ask for more before you even make it to court. Every message they send you that you reply to, that’s 80$, they make a phone call that didn’t further the case or wasn’t even needed? That’s 475$. Lawyer withdrew before even making it to court after never doing a single thing in the case because I’m not paying another 9000$ when you haven’t even done enough to deserve a thousand dollars and you were paid 3000. Terrible business that I hope goes under for what they do to people. Hired for contempt and modification, no contempt was filed from the lawyer it was actually filed by us before even retaining, and couldn’t even make it to court to try and fight for modification before asking for 9000$ more.

      We were charged a retainer of $1,350.00 to file a **** in February 2024. At the time we were explained that this is a simple matter and they should wrap this up in less then 6 months. After them reassuring us that this is a simple matter that they could take care of with limited involvement from the spouse we agreed to hire them. We received a charge for $4 on May 3rd, this means they ran through the retainer before even providing an update. Once the retainer fee was given we heard nothing until May 21 2024. And that update was just to explain that they are trying to collect documents from the spouse. Then on June 23 2024 we reached out to the attorneys asking for a status. There response was no update and status remains the same. On June 6th we got charged another $6 and on 07/13 we got changed another $300. Keeping in mind all of this is well being the original retainer fee which was proposed to be enough to handle this situation. There has been zero progress on this matter. We just received a call from the attorneys stating they are going to need another retainer fee in order to continue this case. My feeling is we are 100% being taken to the woodshed by this group. They owe us every dime we have paid them. They have misrepresented us in every fashion all while using the retainer up for bad practices. They drained the retainer without action and in bad faith billed for those actions instead of using the retainer to truly represent their clients Best interest. There is no excuse to charge another retainer for the same subject matter and this request is in bad faith. We request 100% refund of every dime we paid this place which totals $1.654.00, plus the new charges of $650.00 waived due to unfair use of clients funds.

      knew about from the courts. I really hope no one is in need of legal help and goes through this company. I am disappointed and upset this has happened to me and my son. I am now out of $1500.00 while currently in nursing school. Shame on this company for handling business in this matter. Instead of a phone call I received a notice of withdrawal for me to sign. Not one thing has been filed on this case not One thing, and I'm being charged $1500.00 for Nothing! Thanks, Alot!
