    I am rejecting this response because: for this reason, the person on the sales call lied about who she was and hid her true purpose for the call. The call was deliberately deceptive to trick the customers into believing falsehoods from the so called education, which is out of date. And they also lied about how recent the recordings were from. The pep talks may be more recent for the purpose of releasing the ********** program under ******* ***, however the actual material is around 2 years or so.  The material has no educational value and should not be described as such. And what is called training or mentoring or coaching is none of that, it is just a sales funnel to get the customer into the program, then sell them on additional subscriptions and other add ons under the false promise that the customer can grow their small business. The only goal is to get the hook into the customer and get them to pay more money when they find out too late the business model isn't working. I want the *** to know that after these responses came through I saw the remaining two refunds appear in my bank statement, thank you. I want the public to be warned that this program isn't education or training, it's just a giant sales funnel. And just because something is legal doesn't make it ethical.

    ***** directly working for or at his office, or remotely, for a Tuition of $5,000-$8,000. I said so you are a sales person then. And she started to tell me I don't sound like the type of person they are looking for to join their team. And she made it out to sound as though this was some kind of job offer and she's rejecting me for the job now. I didn't contact anyone about a job offer and I was only on the phone with her to discuss "***** *****" & furthermore I would never accept a job thats asking for Thousands of dollars in fees or Tuition or whatever **bel. Not real education= not really a tuition. I have been getting text messages and emails trying to get me to pay in even more money. I paid ******* *** the fees, which were 49, 295, and 127 on 9/1/23. On 9/13 I requested a refund and only got 49 refund. Also the recurring charge, another 49 and an additional 97 monthly for access to **** ***** app needs to be cancelled immediately. I want the full refund/cancelation for this scam

    I've reviewed the details of your purchase of the ***** ***** program on September 1, 2023, and can confirm that you indeed scheduled a call with one of our team members on September 11, 2023. We regret any confusion this call may have caused.

    I understand you had specific questions related to real estate, the market and other systems, which the team member, not being a coach, couldn't address. We take our program seriously which is why we exclusively work with active investors.

    I've checked with our partners at ******* *** and can confirm that on September 13th you requested a refund, which was processed promptly (please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account). Additionally, I can assure you that all recurring charges for **** ***** have been cancelled.

    Call Transparency:
    We sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding during the call. Our team is trained to provide accurate and transparent information about our programs.

    Course Material and Education Quality:
    We regret that you found the material outdated and lacking in educational value. We continually strive to update our content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. It's worth mentioning that one of the requirements to be a coach/mentor for Real Advisors is to be an active investor.

    Program Structure:
    We aim to offer a comprehensive program. The initial program purchased through ******* *** was derived from one of our 3-day training sessions, encompassing everything needed to complete a wholesale transaction, including the actual scripts used by our team in their real estate businesses. In this initial training, we hold nothing back, which is something we take pride in. While some companies provide just enough information to leave you with unanswered questions, if you went through the ***** ***** program in its entirety, you'll notice that we do quite the opposite. We provide you with everything you need to go out and implement.

    Refund:
    In your initial complaint, you listed "refund" as your desired settlement. I can confirm that you were granted a full refund on the same day as your request. Regarding the timing of when the funds hit your account, unfortunately, that isn't something we have control over on our end; it's determined by the bank. As mentioned in our previous response, it can take anywhere from 7-10 days for funds to be credited to your account, which seems to align with when you mentioned the other funds hitting your account.
