    BEWARE! I was shopping for a fence and called Accurate Fence, ***** the owner came to my house measured for the fence and said he would need a 50% deposit. I gave him the deposit and he left. The next day I decided not to do a fence at all since it would spoil my view of the lake. The contract he gave me stated you had 72 hrs to cancel with a full refund. I called and talked to ***** and he said he would drop the refund check for the deposit that week. This was 12/13/2024. He never dropped off the check. After months of texts to him asking for the money he made numerous excuses about not having the money, having to special order the fence and then began to get nasty using abusive language. I was never unkind to him but he was very disrespectful and unkind to me. Finally after 4 months I called an attorney and they took over. I finally got my deposit back after 7 months. Thank goodness for my attorney. There is no legal reason ***** could give for not returning the deposit. He just thought I would be worn down and not pursue him for the deposit. He broke his own contract and I am writing this to warn others of Accurate Fence's bad business practices.

    Hello Friends, I am giving the rating to Accurate Fence because this company and owners customer service is completely opposite of the name. They move my fence back panels which took them one week with lake of their employee communication between them. After three month there was ****** Hurricane arrive which took my Fence panels and took a part due to not set up correctly and did not put cement Poles. It is very sloppy work and very bad customer service. If you have money to waste, then you sure hire this company to do any work. They dont have proper professional people to work with. Thank you and good luck if you hire them.
