    1. Date September 14th, 2024 Was to have installed 296' of new wood fence pressure treated pine board and boards Not done installed two single Gates and one double gate with all gate hardware Not correctly installed but to add concrete and gate post Not done. Company was very unprofessional work was even worse. Before you even think about using this fence company please come by the location ********************************* to look for yourself the gate is leaning, the fence is leaning there are holes in the boards probably from another job... called numerous times for corrections to be done lied and told that it would be done, Not true )with the amount of money that was paid it should have been done the material alone was over $8,000 please anyone thinking about using this company come by and check this fence out and see if you want this company to do your work in a professional not this fence which is an eyesore especially being on a corner lot.. again anyone thinking about using *** FENCE COMPANY With the location of **************************************************** please come by and check it out. I also have pictures if you can't drive by send an email and I will forward them to you

    I gave the customer a very fair price and did exactly what they asked me to do and more. I am several of my employees went out there to correct the customer complaint over and over again and every time when we left she was completely satisfied. Then she would call or text me back and again we went back over and this pattern was repeated about 5-7 times. Not only was she satisfied with the complaints being resolved but the finished product was so much to her satisfaction that she submitted payment before we left. Also after the job was completed, there were (2) hurricanes that happened and I still went back over and added concrete to the unstable posts at no additional cost. She wasnt even the customer that I initially consulted about the fence but I have bent over backwards to make things right and everyday its a new complaint

    *** ****** fence company installed a fence that was very bad installment such as aluminum fence installed on rotten board from an old privacy fence. Locks put on the wrong side of the gate so it will not close property. Welded the fence to my neighbors fence without permission. Welded parts of the fence without putting them in the holes the way it was suppose to be sent pictures to owner of the work done wrong. Got no response and this was not the first time telling the owner of how bad the work was

    The customer sent me pictures and she never responded to me after that and I am willing to go back to the site to address the issue but the customer didn't have any problems until talking to another company, I suppose. After I went to the house for payment the only concern was the post against the wall and it was fixed. As far as the other issues I will send my welder back out there to address them.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I call the company made a complaint. He ask me to send pictures of what was wrong I did  And he informed that he would get right back with me. And he did not. I don't understand what company he's talking about my neighbor bought it to my attention that he had welded my fence to her chain link fence she was not pleased. Then I began to see  other problems. He have pictures  he needs to fix the problems

The issues that have arisen now is after she talked to another fence contractor but she didnt state to them that she was getting a better price on materials that we had in our stock. I went to the customers house several times and she was satisfied each time I left and the last time was just to put on missing post caps.
