    The business filed a claim with their insurance company to replace my furniture that was ruined. The insurance company has been unable to get in touch with ***** ****** for several weeks to get the requirement insured statement to move the claim forward. The desired settlement is for ***** ****** to answer the request of his insurance company.

    On Saturday, August 20, 2022 **** ****** and ****** ***** from Stanley Steemer located at **** ********* *********** ************* ** came to my new home and destroyed my carpet. I now have black circles throughout our carpet in two rooms that was not there before they came. I expected Stanley Steemer to clean my carpets not damage them. After numerous phone calls and five days later the franchise owner ***** ****** reached out to me about fixing the carpets. He came to my home and the chemicals he used did not work. Now he is back to not returning calls or texts messages. I just want my carpet fixed or replaced. I should not have to pay for his company's mistake.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is in progress, but will not be satisfactory until the carpet is replaced in a timely manner.
