    I Purchased gas on 9/25/22.
    In ************ ** at a ***** gas station. Gas was $42.91.
    I paid at the pump using a cash app card. They held $175 pre-authorization until the $42-91 cleared, which it did. They have not refunded the $175.
    I have called the office twice.
    A lady took my phone number
    Both times and said someone would call me. No one has called. It has been over a month. I want a refund for the money the company held.

    I tried to contact *** ******** concerning the pre-authorization "hold" for $175.00 that was put on her credit card and to make sure this was released. Still have not spoken with *** ******** but once I do we will work to resolve this issue immediately. ********** and **** say a debit card hold for a gas purchase is supposed to be lifted within two hours of the fuel being dispensed, but some holds can last longer based on the card payment network used for the gas purchase. Why her hold has not been lifted will be researched and corrected.

    On 6/4/2022 I visited the baymeadows reedy branch shell to use the automatic car wash. However , while in the car wash one of the brushes broke off and slammed into the back of my truck breaking my rear left tail light . I promptly went inside the shell store to report this issue and took pictures of my vehicle . The employees inside filled out a car wash accident and incident report document and advised me someone from the corporate office would reach out to me on Monday 6/6/2022 as they were closed on the weekend. No one ever reached out so I called several times over the last 2 months trying to reach someone named ******* ***** who I was advised by the secretary was in charge of the claims f** *** **** ******** *** ** ** **** ***** ***** ******* ******* ******** * ****** **** ***** *** ***** *** ********* *** ** ***** ******* *** *** ******* ********* email address couldn’t be released and she proceeded to provide an HR email address . I have sent emails to the HR email address as well as a admin address found online and still have a broken light. As a consumer this was no fault of ours that the car wash was not maintained properly and caused damage to my vehicle therefore shell aka first coast energy LLP should be responsible for fixing my tail light . I have been quoted by the dealership for the replacement light and it’s well over $1,000. We would like to have our tail light fixed asap !
