    Ordered 12 pieces of furniture from Ashley Furniture. All furniture was promised to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It took 9 months until all furniture arrived and with 6 separate deliveries. *************** came after 3 months. The bedroom set delivery was an absolute horror show. The headboard came alone after 4 months,no bed frame or footboard. The footboard came with wrong bed frame after 5 months so bed could not be put together. This wrong bedframe was left in our garage. The correct bed frame came after 6 months and I had to beg the delivery company to take the wrong bed frame from our garage. The dresser and entertainment center came 7 months later. The worst delivery was the 2 nightstands delivered after 8 months and when nightstand doors are open the smell of furniture formaldehyde was unbearable. I ended up getting pneumonia and having breathing issues. We have tried everything to remove the smell and we still do not open nightstand doors. I would never recommend Ashley Furniture due to their taking your money up front (a lot), dishonesty as to delivery time and never following up after repeated phone calls to their customer service.

    We truly understand the frustration of the customer for waiting on her ******************** at such a difficult time. As we were looking at ******************** purchase history to see what happened with her delivery, we found the following. ****************** opened her layaway on 1/27/2022 and finished paying on 2/3/2022. The items were then ordered after final payment was made. She received her first text on 3/4/2022, giving her updates on the ***s of her items. Her first partial delivery was on 5/11/2022. She received her mattress and foundation, loaner frame, sofa, loveseat, cocktail table, lamps and entertainment center. The nightstands arrived on 6/1/2022. We do not see any notes of an issue with them. Though from time to time, an odor can be detected with new furniture, it will usually dissipate within ***** hours. On 6/24/2022, she received the dresser, the headboard and rail as explained in a text sent to her on 6/23/2022. The mirror for the dresser arrived on 7/12/2022. The footboard was delivered on 7/29/2022 with issues and had to be redelivered on 8/3/2022 which then completed the bed. The rails nor the footboard were incorrect, the footboard had manufacture issues. ******************** was not promised a date as her ticket stated that due to COVID-19 delays are possible. We do not like to make empty promises with dates changing daily on the *** to the distribution centers by the manufacturer. We do communicate the items that are coming in the partial deliveries and give the customers the opportunity to accept a partial delivery or not. After having the complete order for over 6 months now without any reported issues to date, we would hope that ******************** would be satisfied with her purchase.

    i would give zero stars if I could. Our bed has yet to arrive a year and a half later (part of a matching set so extra annoying) and we get no updates from Ashley. I call and call and call.AND we were sold an "insurance policy" to cover couch cushion replacements and have yet to receive them (requested replacements under the policy SIX months ago).Do not shop here, no guarantee that you'll even get your items and they certainly wont communicate or help you once they take your money.

    My husband and I wend to Ashley Furniture to buy a new sofa. We were shown where to go in the store and within a few moments of looking ***** one of the salesmen came over to help us out. He was absolutely wonderful. No pressure just answered our questions. He did not try to sell us something other than what we wanted. He was very nice and professional. It was a pleasure buying our new sofa from Ashley Furniter because of *****. We went to the Ashley Furniture in the *********** and would recommend this place to anyone! ***** told us it would be 8 - 10 weeks for delivery but it came within 2 weeks and boy were we surprised. ***** made the whole transaction smooth and pressure free! Love our new sofa! Very happy customers!

    Visiting Ashley's on ************* on Thursday we were greated by ******* who was very helpful, answered all our questions which helped us in our decision to make our purchase. She was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable It was a pleasure working with her. In our next visit we surely look forward to working with ******* once again.

    Had a great experience today with Estellita at the Orange Park location. She greeted me warmly at the door and listened to what I was looking for in a sofa. She encouraged me to position myself in the sofas in all the ways I imagined I would! She did not hesitate to point out some features that could be drawbacks as well. I was very happy with my particular purchase and felt she had steered me well.

    We purchased a bedroom set on 7/16/22 from Ashley's Home Store. Several attempts have been made to deliver the bedroom set and each attempt was worse than the previous one. On 8/9/22 the delivery guy walked into our kitchen without our permission and stole money, $100.00 to be exact. We are out od 100 dollars as the driver indicated he didn't take it. On the very first delivery the drivers damaged my walls. A claim is being submitted to the logistics company. I just wanted to bring it to someones attention of the business practices they are doing. I will attach all the picture of damaged furniture that they are making me take as they keep returning the damaged goods again and again. On 8/10/22 ******* who is a manager advised they ordered a new set from the manufacturer. I am not sure how to proceed with this. I did not sign up for this hassle and stress. I have advised I want to return everything that was purchased as I do not want to deal with them and they stated I can cancel everything that has not been delivered and must keep the dresser and mirror. Please look into the business practices and who they hire to deliver they're products as they are dealing with thieves. For all the inconvenience ******* the manager offered a $25.00 gift card. I told her no thank you as a customer all I want is a bedroom set I paid for. Please just give me the bedroom set undamaged and broke !

    The bedroom set this customer is referring to is one of our most popular, the Realyn. The description online for the dresser is as follows; Antiqued two-tone aesthetic blends a chipped white with a distressed wood finished top for added charm. Being this set is antiqued and distressed, each item will be unique and different than the item in the showroom as each piece is individually made. It is unfortunate that there were items delivered that were found to be unsatisfactory by the customer. We have reordered those items and exchanged them for the customer. The signed sales ticket from the purchase on 7/18/2022 has the return policy listed. It states that returns are permitted up to 3 days after the date of delivery with a 25% restocking fee. We understand the frustration on the customers end and hope they will reconsider the offer of the $25 gift card.We take all claims of inappropriate behavior seriously. This allegation against our driver has been passed on to the Director of Distribution.

    We don't want any money. We just want to bring it to someones attention as to how they do business. We want what we paid for and that is a bedroom set not damaged. It has dents, chips, water stains and broken pieces. This is not normal. Please inspect it before it arrives as they have promised.

    I wish I could leave ZERO stars! Do not just walk past this store (company) RUN! I have had nothing but a totally negative experience since I purchased my furniture February 2021. Their communication is terrible, their customer service is not helpful at all. I purchased my furniture and they kept re-selling it before I could accept delivery. I finally had them deliver to a storage unit to stop them from re-selling and they agreed that they would then take furniture from storage and set up in my new home. They now refuse to do so...even though I paid for delivery and set up. They delivered my bed set without the bed rails. Now I can't get the bed rails because they had the store address listed for delivery and never showed up! Even though I confirmed the address several times. I now have to pay someone else to deliver and set up the furniture because Ashley refuses to do so. Every single aspect of this purchase has been a NIGHTMARE! Please shop anywhere else! Save yourself a lot of time, stress and hassle! No one there has a clue and no one knows what anyone else is doing! Utter disaster!

    Ms. ******* order was part of a builders program that is no longer in existence. We apologize for the miscommunication in not only how that program had worked, but the delivery options available. Furniture buying should be exciting and not stressful. The pandemic of COVID-19 has affected the supply chain and rate of production.
