    8 months ago our garage had sone smoke damage. A cleaning company came to clean the garage and the chemicals that was used damaged the garage door opener.

    My husband and I hired action garage doors to replace the unit.
    It’s been 3 months since we obtained a new linear unit for 658.00 linear unit. The unit has bever worked right. The remote can’t open the garage. Then the garage door would not open at all now it’s opening 1/2 way. It does not connect to the Wi-Fi for remote use.
    The owner **** has not been very pleasant and he does not seem to understand that each time their is an issue we have to drive from 3 hrs from Tallahassee to meet him in Jacksonville Then there is the issue that he is too busy and we must miss days of work to meet the technician. Overall it has been a disaster. Today is Friday 1/26 and again I’m waiting for his technician to arrive . He is 2 hours late but no apology. I’m fact he expects me to apologize for calling him without more notice. I would like him tochange the garage door opener to a functional unit since we paid 682.00 dollars and it has never workers right.
    For the driving back and forth to fix the problem I want to be compensated for the driving from Tallahassee to Jackson’s 2x. I also want a formal complaint filed.
