      I'm still confused how an employee can put their hands on a customer, verbally insult them, and still have a job. I filed a complaint about an employee to Winn Dixie corporate, but apparently there isn't any policies that protect customer from inappropriate comments, along with fat shaming a customer. As well physically poking at their belly. Very memorable experience in all of the worst ways possible.If there's any standard for the company, would someone please reach out to me.

      It was brought to my attention that someone has been using my rewards points since Aug. 2024. I was made aware of this by a purchase that I should have been able to use $76 worth of my points, unfortunately the cashier let me know if only had $3. Upon checking my app and app receipts someone has been using a total of $180 worth of my points in *************. I live in *************. I called the 800# and was told they could only refund the last 3 months per policy. Unfortunately this goes back farther. They refuse to refund the full amount that was used by fraud.

      I am filling this complaint toward corporate. I purchased 3 boxes of ******** ice cream bars in July 14th. I contacted them immediately when I got home to tell them all were melted and refrozen so their freezers must be bad. I called their customer number on JUly 15th since the 14th was a sunday. I emailed pictures and asked for compensation as the products are not edible. They said wait 3-5 business days. after 10 days and no response I emailed again. No response so I called and they said my case was closed. I said no one got back to me and they said someone should have and sent replacement coupons. It is almost a month later, I called and she said she will forward to the other department for the 5-6th time. It is a simple fix since I sent proof and the terrible customer service for ******************** (SE *********************** should be ashamed.

      Bought 10 pieces of fried chicken, I got nine dried reheated probably yesterday's leftover chicken at 12:30 on a Saturday. The lady who brought it out was so slow you could done surgery on her, and she got only 6 boxes out.

      Overall store is decent. The maior concern is that after 9pm you are forced to use self checkout and no registers are open. As a customer I have a concern with this as I am not a paid employee and am being forced to act as one. Definitely not thrilled.

      I was not given a break during a 8+ hour shift (first day). Even the most loathsome fast food places (which rarely even mention breaks as it simply works different in food service) will at least try to work with you and find some break time. I wasn't able to eat, nobody did, nobody even so much as used the bathroom it was very strange. Sad to see that the BBB is nothing but a poor, unkempt forum and not a real service.

      I went to this location on Friday On November 10th,2023 7:52p *************************************** . On the soda isle they had a sale buy 2 get 2 free mix or match (Pepsi products). $7.99. We grabbed 2 6pack Pepsis, 1 6 pack Brisk tea,and one 6 pack Ginger ale soda. Did more shopping then headed to the cashier. After the cashier *********************** everything up I noticed only one $7.99 came off making only one of the 6 pack sodas free. We informed the cashier of the sale. Because she didnt understand Good English she called over a 2nd cashier. We informed her of the sale. She then called over a third worker who was walking by to send her to the soda isle to check. I followed the third worker. I showed her exactly each sticker for each 6 pack that was within the sale price. She said yes. We walk back to the front. By the time there is a 4th lady there who was the Store Manager :******. The 3rd worker then informed them all that yes the Pepsi,brisk tea,as well as the ginger ale is apart of the buy 2 get 2 free sale. The Store Manager insisted that it was not. Even after one of her own store workers also told her it in fact was. Because I had already wasted time I told the cashier Solange to void it paid for our other items and we left. On November 11th we went to store location ******************************************** because I still needed the sodas for an event that day. I was able to purchase the sodas for the sale price but 2 get 2 free that was denied to me at the first location on Friday November 10th by store Manager:******. I also took a picture of the main product which was the brisk tea that ****** was saying wasnt apart of the sale. I didnt think to take it at Henner location it was taken at 2nd store location.

      Winn Dixie was bought out by ****. I understand **** doesnt have a pharmacy and winn Dixie is obligated to inform me they no longer will be filling my prescriptions. But they did not have the right to give my medical information over to ********* without my permission. My legal right is to have my medical information protected by me and to be given to whom I choose. I did not give permission for my information to be given to anybody. My rights were disregarded by the fact that I was told only the phone they legally have the right to give my info to another pharmacy as a courtesy. I cant use ********* since they dont take my insurance. And it wasnt a courtesy it was a regrevous disregard of my personal and medical information and Id like action taken against them so this doesnt happen again.
