    BEWARE - What was not disclosed up frontand became a serious issueis that this company does not complete the work in-house. Instead, they subcontract most (if not all) of the labor out to third-party crews.Worse, it came to light that these subcontractors were not being paid for their work. In *******, this puts homeowners at significant risk because subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers can file mechanic's liens against your property if they are not compensatedeven if you already paid the contractor in full.This means that despite fulfilling your end of the contract, your property could still be legally encumbered due to HJOs failure to meet their financial obligations. This is not just unprofessionalit is reckless and puts innocent homeowners in financial and legal jeopardy.I strongly urge anyone considering this company to do thorough due diligence. Ask directly if they pay their subcontractors in full and on time, and whether lien releases will be provided throughout the project. Without these protections, you're taking on a serious and unnecessary risk.Transparency, responsibility, and financial integrity are non-negotiable in this industryand unfortunately, *** fell short in all of these areas.

    They do not pay the contractors such as myself for the work HJO industries hired us for. We are owed ******* for 2 jobs completed Friday 13th 2025 I asked to be paid today Friday 20th 2025 and he blocked me after that. We are taking legal action against ****** ***** **

    Thought they were good guys. It turned out I was wrong. Did a good job in the gutters but not so good on the gutter protectors. I would not use them again.
