      I was charged $220 for single plaits and plus I gave her a $20 tip. 1st thing is she only accepts cash, well at least that is what I was told, its the inconsistency for me. However the first time she braided my hair, it was great and I received a great deal of compliments. I had my daughter to book me an appointment with her about 3 weeks later to have single plaits done. September 7th was the day, I was booked for Aicha did not braid my hair, one of her associates did, but Aicha did braid the back of my hair and did explain to me that since the back of my hair was so short, that they may come out. I should have said never mind at this point, but nevertheless I did not and had my hair completed by more than likely an unlicensed braider, paid the $240. The next day, my first braid came out of the back so I took the last three rows of my hair braided them together and put a small black rubberband on the hair I braided together to try to not to loose any more plaits. The next day and everyday after that I have lost a plait and not from the back 3 rows. September 15th, I had my daughter to call her and ask her if I could come in have this fixed, so conveniently she was not working in the shop on that day. Pushing forward I was off on Thursday 09/19/2024 and it was agreed that I could come in and have this fixed at 12 pm. I arrive at the shop at 12 pm and go to enter the shop, there was someone already waiting for her outside in their car by the door and they explained to me that she had not come back yet whatever that means, so I went back to my car and waited, about ******************************************************* that was close to the door, but I never see her and so then reality kicks in after about 45 minutes after the customer was allowed to enter the establishment that Aicha had probably entered her shop through the back door and had no intentions of fixing my hair, which occurred in her place of Business and not someones kitchen.
