    I have not been doing business with this company in about 3-4 months. I randomly got a message from my bank one more. They took out 2 charges one for 550$ and another for 520$ For no reason this is absolute fraud. I have tried reaching out to the company and they dont email me back or if I call they say they will look into it and they never call me back. I have rent due and my account is close to being in the negative. This is malpractice, fraudulent claim, and neglect of customer service.

    I was told by my care coordinator ******* ** that I was getting my normal refill of tirzepatide with no additives in the compounded medication. I asked the associate before I place the order for an over 700 dollar purchase and they sent me a medication with tirzepatide with an additive in it. I got really nauseous from the first dose so I contacted the company. I told them some of my side effects and asked if I could return the medication. They took no accountability in this issue. They told me that they recently let go of my coordinator ******* and didn't have record of what our conversations looked like. I was told that a manager would call me back that day. well they never did. After two days of the injection I broke out in hives. I tried to inform pomegranate health about this matter but they never got back to me. I ended up just completely throwing the medication out. So I called my bank and tried to get the claim disputed or at least something resolved and Bank of America and discover both agreed that this was completely the company's fault. They refunded me the money spent. However after the approval of the claim the company randomly charged my card and added an additional fee of $40 for the hassle of the dispute and wrongfully charged me nearly $700. Hope, *******, Aiza were all involved in this fraudulent activity on my account.
