    My wife and I purchased a house from Dream Finders Homes, and they used Woodsman to supply their cabinetry and crown molding. During the build process, we wanted crown molding that would be flush to ceiling so the cabinets looked floor to ceiling. It was somehow missed, not DFH or Woodsmans fault, this is self-admittedly more of ours, the list for customization was huge and it simply went overlooked. The look is not what we want, DFH told us to contact Woodsman so they might be able to help as the closing date was imminent. After a heated discussion with a woman named ******, who was very condescending during the conversation, her words were "Nobody we use is going to come out and fix that. They are not going to come in for several hundred dollars of work on crown molding when they can do an entire kitchen for several thousand dollars". We are now looking for another contractor to complete the work that they are not willing to do. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    About 2 years ago I used Woodsman Kitchen's to purchase and install my cabinets. The install went rather smooth. They had to return another day, because the factory shipped one cabinet that was the wrong color. Overall performance was a 4-star rating. Now jump ahead to the present day. I recommended Woodsman to a friend, and she is having them do her kitchen. All the cabinets were delivered and left on the driveway. (Mine were placed in the kitchen.) They stayed outside all day long. The installer showed up at 5 pm that day only to move everything into the house. After the installer and his helper got done, they said we will have to come back next week to start the job. (Schedule conflict) She went mental on this guy! He had to call the office and get them to allow him to start the next morning. The level of knowledge that the installer had was totally unacceptable. I witnessed this guy damage 4 cabinets during the install. Pop a s**** right through the top of the new countertop. He also cut one of them too short. They had to re-make new tops, pushing the job to several months now. She repeatedly called the office and voice mail said we will call you back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I GIVE THEM NO STARS RATING. Their level of service went so far down it is totally pathic. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER CALLING THEM
