    Paulin was hired to install sod and from the start I questioned his prep of the yard and condition of sod and he assured me everything would be fine. He said that it needed more topsoil and water which I was watering at twice a day and my water bill went up to $550 for the water portion per day. My yard is awful and he did not come back and do what he said he would to complete the work. I found out this is very typical behavior of him not completing the job or not even knowing what hes doing as far as sod and I will need to redo the sod in the spring. I had other ********* professionals come out and provide a laundry list of the problems with the job he did and he never came back to fix anything. Additionally, he did other work by burying the gutters and which ended up breaking a pipe. Not only am I out of the money for the sod. Im also out of the money that I paid extra for my water but also repairing the pipe. I am only asking for a refund of the sod payment. I have pictures and text messages that I can submit as proof.

    Paulin ******************* has always and will continue to give all clients the best service possible. Upon completion of the Sod project all was well. She

    took a 30 day vacation and no one to our knowledge maintained proper water coverage with a water hose. Paulin Landscaping is not responsible if the sod 

    is not taken care of properly. However, we may consider a proper solution.

    We at Paulin Landscaping have served this client for 2 1/2 and completed many projects for her when it was needed. She has never asked to solve the problem
