    Tad Delegal is very arrogant and treated me like trash when he talked to me in person and on the phone. Instead of discussing what I could win, he told me I couldn't get much or win punitive damages. However, I had a strong case and an active restraining order against a supervisor who sexually harassed me, but that didn't matter. He generally blamed me for everything that had happened to me instead of hearing explanations on issues, past or present. ******* also put obstacles before me, which he could have knocked out with his expertise. He is not "colored women with locs" friendly. I felt he was against me more than my previous employer. I wasted $1100 on an attorney just to be treated like I never mattered.

    We handle representation professionally and provide quality services to our clients. An attorney has a duty to evaluate and review relevant facts, and addressing challenges in a case is part of an attorney's job. I have made a career of representing persons of various backgrounds, and have pursued numerous claims of racial discrimination on behalf of African American women - the claim that I discriminate against "colored women with locks" is false and offensive.
