    We booked a load with *********************, From Decatur, IN going to Battleboro, **, the load was sold to ** as a first come first serve facility by 5 pm, when we were asked about our estimated time of arrival we informed the broker by 1:30-2PM the latest, they said okay thats fine, your driver needs to accept tracking we informed the driver and he did that, 1 hour later they asked for the driver to accept tracking and was not responding to their calls(when he was driving towards the shipper). After that we were pulled off from the load because they found somebody else cheaper and closer to their facility where their freight was stored at, no TONU was provided no apology was issued, steer away from this company they tell you once thing and they do something else, WE HAVE PROOF THAT THE DRIVER ACCEPTED TRACKING and they went on as he never accepted that....
