    I’ve been coming to this store in a regular basis to print legal documents, today I came to print more documents and to notarize some court citations, they asked for a State ID and I showed them an immigration legal ID that was given to me on 3/6/24 by *** officer ** **** ****** so I can present it at the *** to get an ID, they refuse it and denied me the service, stating that they were private owners and don’t have to bind by UPS policies, I show them on UPS website that in order to notarize a documentation you need to provide a Government ID, or a passport , well I guess the *** department is not a State Department or is not valid to them. They were very rude and unprofessional profiling and being judgmental, I’ve been living in the United States for more than 30 years, I’ll be 63 years old on the ** ** *****, had my own business for 15 years and every moment that passes by I see more and more malice, there’s no respect and conduct to give a public service, is a shame

    when it comes to notary there is specific documents(valid ***************** photo ID) that would need to be provided, unfortunately the document the customer have provided is not a valid meaning it is expired and it dose not have a photo of him, therefore we were unable to provide the serv*** he wanted (Notary), We also tried to explain that to him but he did not want to listen to what we had to say.

    Unfortunately, this document is not a valid identification that is accepted to do a notary please refer back to the accepted documents on the UPS website and person in that photo dose not match the person was at my store at that day.
