    This website is set up in a way to take your credit card information first to be able to view meals and inquire about the business. Once I decided I wasn't interested, I exited the window thinking nothing would happen. Factor took my information and authorized to sign me up for a subscription and actually shipped me out 6 meals that THEY picked. I never agreed to any of this. I called to cancel the subscription, and they wouldn't reimburse me because it was inside such a time window. How can I cancel something I wasn't even aware that I was receiving! Would NOT recommend Factor Meals. Terrible customer service and very predatory behavior. Basically FRAUD.
