When I first reached out to place my equipment on the ** platform, I spoke with ***** ****** (who is no longer there) and explained that I was a small Women & Minority certified business with no employees. We discussed a 1-year contract, and I was sent a quote for $10,229. I specifically asked if this was for 1 year, and ***** confirmed that it was. See email copies.

However, when I received the contract, I noticed a text box showing pricing for years 1, 2, and 3. It seemed to me that the pricing was showing the increase in the years not being locked in for future years, as I was not committing to a 3-year contract. Since I was just starting out, I only intended to sign up for a 1-year commitment to test the waters and see if I’d get a return on my investment. I was clear on this with *****.

Unfortunately, not being able to reach my set up tech, timely, initially, with emails going unanswered, caused me to lose valuable time. When I requested an extension to my start date due to these delays, I was told that wasn’t possible.

At the end of the year, having not sold anything on **, I put in my notice that I wouldn’t be renewing. I was then informed that my contract was not up and I couldn’t end it yet, which was surprising to me. Upon further communication with ********, I was told that I was locked into a 3-year contract, which was never my understanding. Given my conversation with *****, it was clear to me that I had a 1-year agreement. It is impossible to get to anyone with decision making power. I’ve made many attempts to resolve this, asking for a call and clarification, but have not received much response from the team. . After a long search, I found the information of *** ****** ,***, keeping him in copy. ******** finally did respond with a payment plan offer, which I appreciate, but the real issue here is the contract itself. I am still receiving overdue invoices, and this matter is causing ongoing frustration.
