    Buyer Beware! I went to Jacksonville Bedding because of good online reviews. I ordered 3 beds to the tune of $3700; Received one bed within days, yet two were custom orders (according to owner) and were taking longer. In the 8 days I changed my mind about one of the two mattresses. The sale would still be 2 for one customer! I contacted RJ to ask if it would be in time where I could change the order - and get a refund for one bed. He checked -yet the beds were in process and couldn't cancel. I asked about his refund policy -there was none, to which I was obviously disappointed, because this was not a small investment, his whole attitude did a 180! saying I expected him to eat the order - etc... that I didn't even know about Brooklyn Bedding before he told me about it - ? Not sure how consumer lack of knowledge re manufacturers is relevant? I had no ill intentions towards this business. Quite the contrary. The business could sell it. OR Brooklyn bedding indicated it could be returned and they would issue a refund to the business who could then refund me. So no, there was no ill intent from me towards the business - to the contrary - I got information to help us both not eat the cost. The Owner unwilling to help - despite the info. They are still selling 2 beds sold with 1 customer! Make sure you know your return policies! in writing! It is not stated, and was not stated. Which is why I asked. This business then denied saying at purchase that he would give us the same discount whether we bought 2 or 3," His angry response today: "bring it back; I will refund you an adjust the prices of the other two beds to not reflect the discount!" Well that makes sense doesn't it? like arguing with a toddler- circular arguments and gaslighting. This business accusing me of ill-will by stating that "I wanted them to eat the cost." My intention was to communicate: I needed help, I asked what the policy was, I was told no. $4,000 is not a drop in the bucket!

    The series of responses from this business is unprofessional.  I was merely telling the owner I changed my mind; asking if the order could be modified; and what the return policy was.  

    The responses from the owner are attached, so all can see his lack of professionalism, and logic as to his responses ….
