      This is a terrible business stay away. I had ordered the split king and a medium, and when I got it and set it up and slept on it a few nights, even jumped on it walked around the edges and everything andthe mattress is a firm like sleeping on a rock contacted customer service. They told me to put the ************************ back in the bag and into take all the air out and squeeze it into a little 2 x 4 box. Not sure how Im supposed to do that reached out customer service and they basically said f*** you. Im not doing anything about this. I spent $2800 for basically s***** a** sleep shouldve just slept on my wore out bed. That Ive had for 5 years

When a mattress is purchased as part of a bundle through our website, it qualifies for a one-time comfort exchange. In these cases, the mattress portion of your bundle can be exchanged for a mattress of the same size in a different firmness level, and the value of the original mattress is applied to the new one, you then just pay the difference.For orders placed directly through our website, we do not ask customers to return used ************************. Once opened, the mattress is yours to keep, donate, sell, or pass on to a friend or family member. On the other hand, if a mattress is purchased through ******, they do require that returns be made using the original packaging or a box of similar dimensions (typically 16x16x46 inches), per their policy.We understand how frustrating it can be when a mattress doesnt feel right, and we regret that your experience didnt reflect the standards we strive for.       Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered something. Half my order shipped and came in. When I contacted them about the other half the rep said it was back ordered. I never would have known if I wouldnt have reached out (via email). I asked if they had an eta and they said no. When I asked for a manager to reach out they just refunded me so a manager didnt have to. I called customer service and they said a manager would call me. Havent heard back. The item is still on their store and not listed as sold out so anyone can call into the same trap.

      I bought an adjustable base through Sven and Sons which they used the Sleep Geekz **** account when processing my order. The company continued using awful transportation, set up and delivery services which made trying to get this bed an absolute nightmare from missing delivery dates on several occasions, sending the wrong bed, sending one damaged, saying they didn't have room on the truck, saying it wasn't shipped, etc. all on the days it was supposed to get to me. They then hired the delivery and set up team which had one person urinate all over himself before coming into my house and not being able to lift it to which I had to help the delivery/set up guy carry it upstairs and set it up to get it done. I was in touch with customer service the entire time. It wasn't until I left a poor review that customer service reached out and offered me a $150 refund for my trouble. I said I'd take it, to which they said they were processing it, only to come back saying they'd give me $50 more to update my review. I declined and then they said they'd no longer give me any refund. They are buying reviews. What a scum bag business.

      Absolutely the worst customer service. I dealt with a woman named *******, who is the rudest, and nastiest person *** ever encountered, in my life.I wish Id never even heard of this company. It has been a total nightmare.

      Having just had spinal surgery I purchased the Platinum /adjustable 2 twin xl with their insider delivery and assembly. It was contracted they would take old bedding to the curb. When they arrived and said they would not touch old bedding delivery was refused. They attempted to charge me return freight which I disputed with my credit card and won. Originally contacted them from Amazon, they offer you $150 discount and no sales tax to go outside Amazon. They are truely Snake Oil Salesmen. Avoid at all cost.

      Had I been told that they were not an authorized dealer and because of that the mattress has no warranty with Sealy I would have purchased from a different company obviously. Why even have a huge Sealy sign on the outside of the building in your ****** photos then!? The mattress is completely torn at the seam down the whole side of the mattress after only a year of owning it and paying $2,500! Im a small person and can guarantee a mattress of that price shouldnt split open from a 105lb person sleeping on it. Was told by your warranty company to contact ***** even though they know the outcome. You got my money and sold me a c*** mattress. Terrible company!! BEWARE!!! I will be posting my review of this company everywhere possible so no one else is out $2,500 on a defective mattress

      I want to apply for my warranty because these mattresses are toxic and health hazard. I read the following review and agree with the following review 100%. These mattresses are dangerous and hazardous to health. we sweated through out the night feeling being in oven. Review At first I loved this mattress other than it sleeps hot. 3 months later it is a different story. I have not slept more than 2-4 hours in about 3 weeks. I am miserable. I never thought a bed could feel as hard as a rock at the same time you sink into it. This matress also absorbs your heat so bad it feels like you are sleeping in an oven. Unfortunately, it will cost me more money to ship back than I can afford or make it worth the hassle. So, I ordered another matress and I'm praying I can make it 2 weeks before it gets here. I am so sleep deprived I can barely function
