    Do not trust *** who claims to be the business owner. 3 1/2 months ago I bought a "new" Pride 600es electric wheelchair from him four for $3,694.00. After 1 month the four smaller tires began to fall apart. After leaving two messages on their recorder with no response I called again and *** answered. He told me to send him pictures so I did with no response again. 2 months later the chair would not take a charge rendering it useless. With no response after calling again I called the manufacturer. ***** told me Mobility Plus of Jacksonville had bought the chair from another dealer and although it looked new it was actually 7 years old and the warranty had already expired! Fortunately I had paid for the chair with an **************** card. I have called **************** and had the charge suspended and I should have the charge dispute completely solved within 30 days. The only way I will be satisfied is a full refund or a NEW replacement. Fortunately I am able to wait because I still have my old Pride Select six chair. I would never deal with this company again! As you can see in the photos, other than the tires, The chair does look new it just no longer works! The footrest is removed because the manufacturer had me remove it and verify the paperwork showed the proper serial number which it did. F-rating!

    Since putting "many" negative reviews on the web *** has responded. **************** has given me a 100% refund and *** has come to my home and replaced all six wheels on my old chair which still works fine. *** has also stated that he has ordered a "new" 600 ES" chair and will bring it to me free of charge. He has gone above and beyond what I would consider a fair response if all this plays out as promised.
