    I was with Manikin for 12 months in which time, they did not secure a single audition for me. (I have been booked for multiple national spots through another agent.) For "representing" me for the 12 months, they charged me $199 (for The Audition Connection, which Manikin owns). After 12 months of nothing, I decided to sever my relationship with Manikin: I requested they inactivate my profile (which they did), and I filled out a form to sever our relationship. Despite that, they made an unauthorized charge ($199) on my credit card. I've contacted The Audition Connection to request a refund of the fraudulent charge; they said to contact ******** I've reached out to Manikin to request a refund and they said to contact The Audition Connection. I simply want a refund (they took money for another year of service they will not be providing since my profile is inactive). I plan to file a complaint with the FL AG office and if Manikin refuses to refund the monies they took, I will also contact my financial institution to file a fraud claim.
