    I hired College Hunks to assist me in moving some appliances in my kitchen. I received a text the night before confirming that they would be at my house at 3 pm. I waited three hours after hours for them to show up at 3 pm to complete less than an hour's worth of work. I conducted errands around my house and mowed my lawn. When I called to contact them, nobody picked up the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said that it was too late that I never picked up their calls, and that they couldn't come out and finish the job. I called management to get a refund, but they said no and that it was my fault for not being able to establish communication with me. I asked to see if I could reschedule and finish the job, but they wanted to charge me another 99 dollars. So take it for what it is, I would not recommend this company. The communication process with them is horrible. I lost 99 dollars and the fact that they still didn't show up as scheduled and complete the job means that I was scammed and the company got 99 dollars out of it. Be careful with this company.

    CONSUMER BEWARE!! THE MOVED ME IN MAY AND THEIR *****S STOLE 2 OF MY BOXES VALUED AT $450. I FINISHED UNPACKING MY LAST ROOM OF BOXES OVER THE WEEKEND AND NOTICED THEY WERE MISSING. THE LITTLE BOY WHO RETURNED MY CALL TOLD ME TOO MUCH TIME HAS PASSED AND MY BOXES WERE NOT IN THE OFFICE. THIEVES DO NOT TURN IN ITEMS STOLEN. I SHOULD'VE NEVER USED THEM AFTER THE FIRST TIME. THEIR ***** BROKE MY TV AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL HIM TO GET IT FIXED. THE ***** HAD QUIT AND AFTER 2 MONTHS THE ***** FINALLY FIXED THE ISSUE AND OFFERED A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT MOVE. OF COURSE THEY DID NOT HONOR THE DISCOUNT. THEY ALSO BROKE MY WINDOW FRAME IN MY NEW HOUSE AND I HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR THEM TO PAY MY BUILDER SO HE COULD REPLACE IT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DAMAGE YOUR HOME, FURNITURE, AND THEY STEAL. BEWARE!!!!!!!

    We are sorry that your boxes are missing, but our employees are most certainly not thieves and we weren't even notified about something being missing for 6 months. In 6 months time, many things could have happened to those boxes that have nothing to do with your relocation. Our general manager that you spoke to tried to politely explain that to you. No company can be expected to honor a claim 6 months after work is performed.

    I used College HUNKS to remove items from my household (about a half a truck load), and they were extremely professional, courteous, and on time. I was totally impressed with the two employees ************** who I had never met before today. They were working in 95+ heat and humidity and never complained about having to go up and down stairs to load their truck. I would highly recommend the company for anyone who needs to have items hauled way. The rates were extremely affordable and they charge by the truck load, not by the piece as some competitors do.
