    Rented a storage unit online ($85.14). Called all phone numbers, left voicemails and sent texts as I had a few questions. No response. Only contact was an automated website. Went to the facility to see if I could find someone to talk to. I used my gate code provided by the automated website and it did not work. I've never been in the facility. I immediately canceled the storage unit (by voicemail and text). They are now pestering for the next month's payment (automatically, of course). I assume the $85.14 is a loss but they need to stop asking me for money. I never stepped foot in the facility and never even saw my storage unit. Get them to stop. Horrible company should not be in business.

    I rented a storage unit from this facility online on 5/14/24. On 5/23/24, we tried moving our items in to our reserved unit (C025). When we got there and lifted the unit door, there were items already inside. My husband and I both tried to call and text the office several times with no response. During one of those times, a man came around the corner screaming to "get away from my stuff, that is my home!" This is absolute negligence and unacceptable. We went to the office and knocked on the door with no response. I've tried texting, calling (VM is full), and emailing with zero response. So, we are out $110 for nothing. I believe we deserve a full refund.

    Rented a storage unit and a parking spot.
    Paid up front using online.
    looked at parking spot and could not park my trailer in the spot.
    Decided that I did not need the spot and storage unit.
    Sent Text, Email and tried to call to cancel any futher monthly rental.
    What did this no good for nothing storage do? Yep they charged me again for another month!
    They are crooks and have done this many times!
    I will call my credit card company and go through them! I have the email time stamped and texts to prove they were sent!

    I rented a storage unit on a month to month basis and vacated the unit on 1/10/23 - because I did not give the proper 30 days notice I paid the 1/22 invoice which covered me through 2/22.

    Their website shows I vacated the unit on 1/22/23.

    I continue to receive ongoing invoices and late fee notices.

    I have attempted to contact the business several times over the past few months via voicemail, email and text with absolutely no feedback/contact from the business other than invoices with late fees.

    I am getting tired of the harassing texts and emails about account delinquencies.

    This is a storage unit rental facility and I had a unit for over a year. On 7/22/22 I requested to move out of the unit using the company website's "move out" feature. I moved out that day and stopped at the office to talk to someone and no one answered the door (this was during regular business hours ). I was invoiced for another month on 8/13/22, which I paid thinking they hadn't had time to process my request. On 8/20/22 we called and left a message that we wanted to cancel our unit and to please call us back. No return call was received. On 8/30/22 I emailed the company showing my move out request and asking again to cancel my unit. On 9/13/22 I was invoiced again. I texted them same day saying to cancel my unit and stop charging me. They changed my amount due to zero that month. On 10/13/22 I was invoiced again. So I texted again same day telling them to stop billing me and that I planned to report them. On 10/22/22 I received an email saying my payment was late and that I would be charged a $20 late fee. They do not answer their phone, text messages, or answer the door. Their Google reviews show this is a common problem with them not honoring the terms of their lease agreements. I would like to stop being charged and to never receive communication from this company again.

    July 7th or 8th I tried to rent a storage unit at Monument Mini Storage. On the 9th I went to go look at the unit and start moving my items into storage. There was a lock already on the unit. I called and left multiple messages and numerous phone calls that same morning . And had to go somewhere else. I did hear back once on July 11th and was told and I quote " Oh. well someone must have put there stuff in their and put a lock on it." The Lady asked if I would like another unit or a refund? I said I would like a refund. Being I had to go somewhere else for a storage unit. The Lady stated that the refund shouldn't be a problem and she would get back to me when it was done.. 4 days after that there was still no response to my messages and phone calls.(Multiples) Just keep getting automated voice recording. My bank Which I no longer have due to Monument Mini Storage having my card number) also tried to file a dispute with this location and nothing has been done by Monument Mini Storage. My bank at the time did reimburse me for my loss of the initial charge for renting of the unit. Now today Wed. Aug. 31st I receive an email stating I owe them $338.46 for a unit I the lady was supposed to refund me for. I have never gone into this location other than the first day to find a lock previously installed on the unit. I would like for them to stop contacting me with their so called charges. I had to close my bank account due to them trying to auto deduct from my account. I owe them nothing and now this has become harassment. I would also like for someone to inspect and audit the premises and business in general, as I feel there may be other shady things going on there. According to the website reviews I am not the only one this has happened to. This business should be looked into.

    I have rented a storage unit for over 10 years. Since Covid, they have not been open. I cannot get access to the gate, after requesting a password reset. The door is always locked during business hours. No one answers the phone or return calls. I receive emails that my payment is late, but it’s been in the drop box for at least two weeks. Now I’m being charged late fees! Today (8/22/2022) there is a wooden block in the drop box to prevent payments from being made (see picture attached). My payments are up to date. I just want access to my items and I will vacate the property. The service (lack there of) is not worth the funds paid for storage. The upkeep of the property is horrible. I just want out, but cannot contact anyone to do so. As renters, I don’t think we are asking to much- just for the business to act as a business and provide customer service during the business hours listed!

    I was also being charged for a unit that I was not renting. I was able to dispute the charges with the bank and received credit for the charges. I had to close the bank account to avoid future charges. Again, too much work on my part… just to store items.

    (With NO RESPONSE from the managers) that I can’t attach them all! I will be contacting the owners via their contact information found on Sunbiz.org
