    Very unpleasant experience
******, the sale rep, sent me "a perfect" Furch guitar that was out of adjustment and buzzing under the G string within 4 hours.
I called the store and asked if I should take it to my ****** certified tech or send it back. I was told "all guitars need some set up, take it to your tech." My tech could not get the buzz out of the neck, so I called Liberty Music back and told them I wanted to return the guitar. They sent me a UPS label.
Once it got back to Liberty Music ****** called me and told me the guitar had to be serviced by a Furch tech, and I had voided the return policy. I could either
1.have set up sent back to me or
    2. take a 20% restocking fee
This was totally contradictory to what the person at Liberty Music told me when I first called.
I CAN’T TRUST THE STORE PERSONNEL TO TELL ME THE TRUTH.
It made no sense to get another "perfect guitar from Liberty Music them that was going to be out of set up in 4 hours, so I opted for a refund less the 20% restock fee.
1.The first person I spoke with at Liberty Music NEVER said anything about it having to have the setup done by a Furch tech. I would just send in back immediately.
    2. The Liberty Music website DOES mention a restocking fee but DOES NOT state the amount.
IMHO, the best case is rampant incompetence that ended up costing me $400. The worst case is a blatant scam to make sure nobody returns a guitar without paying an exorbitant fee, in spite of Liberty Music’s stated 30-day free refund policy.
I am totally disappointed with the store and the sales rep ******.
Additionally, I had to follow up the next day as they had not issued my refund. At that time, they issued the refund.
This is MY experience and observation only.
I will never do business with them again.

I would like to update this review. I spoke with the owner of Liberty Music. He was unaware of my issues. When he found out he worked with me to resolve all maters to my satisfaction. I can now say that I would recommend Liberty Music.
