Horrible! I called Lucas Honda and August ********************************************************************************************************************************************* know what I need it. I Lucas Honda call the tow truck company and had to go pick up my vehicle today, they picked up the wrong car and grab my neighbors car by mistake, I had to reimburse my neighbor after they had to make a replace report because he thought their car was stolen for two days loss of work. I didnt finally have the car in Lucas Honda and they do an inspection and it takes them a month and a half to get back to me, so by that time the military has already spent The money they had. If anything in body knows anything about the military at the end of the fiscal year they have to spend the remaining amount of money so they still get the same amount for the next fiscal year well due to it taking longer than necessary. I missed out on that money. So then I get income tax and Im going to Lucas Honda and I decide to pay for everything myself. I spent $500 on the toe and then I had to pay another $2500 for my car to be worked on! After waiting six months for the part, I was then told that my engine was out and I needed an entire engine because the valves for a bit. I went in to talk to them about this, wanting to know why when I spent the $2500 to order all the parts, we didnt speak about a new engine, or ***************, and they did not have an answer, instead whispered in a little huddle, where they didnt think I could hear them and said that I was just trying to blame them and that wasnt goin to happen! But could not explain why we didnt speak about bent valve or talk about ordering them until after the cam cam in he looked at my van and said they were bent! How did he not see that in the first place! What kind of mechanics do they have there??

The customer arranged for his vehicle to be towed to the dealership. The issues with the wrong vehicle being towed to the dealership were created by the customer not ***************************************** ONLY monies the customer has paid that were owed specifically to Lucas Honda was $150 for a diagnostic fee. The diagnostic fee was due to the vehicles engine being partially disassembled before it arrived at Lucas Honda. The vehicle arrived with a timing belt failure, which caused the engine to be out of time, resulting in the valves being damaged. The customer has not paid ************************************* $2,500 as he claims. It is apparent the customer does not have a mechanical understanding of an engine due to the customers statement: How did he not see that in the first place! What kind of mechanics do they have there? You cannot see bent valves. Valves are an internal part of the engine. For the record, Lucas Honda is the number 1 rated service department in NE ******* by American Honda ************* for the year 2023. Lucas Honda is not number 1 by having incompetent managers or technicians. The constant delays were created by the customer not responding. ************************************* made multiple attempts to contact the customer, leaving messages etc., with no response from the customer. ************************************* was not waiting on parts as the customer claims, ************************************* was waiting for the customer to respond. On November 7, 2023 the customer arrived at ************************************* in person. The customer was aggressive and threatening towards multiple team members as well as managers. The customer was asked to leave multiple times which he refused. I had to personally ask him to leave and inform him, due to his aggressive behavior, that if he did not leave, we would have to call the police.Because of his behavior the customer is no longer welcome at *************************************. The customer is simply trying to retaliate by making false defamatory statements.

My dad is 83 years old and the Lucas Honda dealer sold my dad a new 2022 Honda CR-V. The sticker price was for $33,540. The top of his contract though was for $47,204. He is elderly and his mind and hearing seems to be slipping. He traded in his 2014 ****** RAV 4 Limited in excellent shape with only high mileage, nothing wrong with it, for $10k. I called them and they explained that his car was only worth 4K because of the mileage. They said they did him a favor and gave him $10k for it. Well I looked it up on the *** and trade in value is $9,800-$11,900 even with high mileage. I asked why the $10,000 difference besides that. They said that $2,995 was for some kinda of package. It was car mats, mud flaps and pin stripes. Well he had to go back and get the mud flaps installed, he had cheap mats and he had to request the upgrades like he paid for. And 3 weeks later he still dont have the pin strip. All that for $2,995? Are you kidding me??? What a rip off!!! They also tacked on a $6,995 marketing adjustment. I called and told them I couldnt believe that took advantage of an elderly man. They swore they would never do that. Well they did!!!!! Im sick that they did this to my dad. So moral of this review is, dont trust them with your elderly parents.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Lucas Honda. The sales staff has always been very helpful. The managers have answered any questions or concerns I have had, along with giving me a fair price for my trades. Financing has been seamless, with all my options clearly explained to me. I have recommended them to family and friends whove had the same experience. They definitely deserve a 5 star review!
