    I had a sales call with this company where I clearly explained my small business needs. I was told, by the salesperson/owner, that they COULD accommodate my needs. I signed up (got no disclosures), was charged, instantly, on the phone. Later that day I had an onboarding call. The next day, as I struggled with the software, I reached out for support and was told they could NOT accommodate my business need after all. The representative, ****, told me he’d double check with their team and confirmed the next day (see attached email) that they could not meet my needs. I requested they cancel and refund my service (attached) and they are refusing. They provided ZERO service and completely lied to me about being able to meet my needs just to gain my commitment and charge my card. I want my $309 refunded.

    To whomever it may concern,

    When you signed up for our services you agree to the Service License Agreement (SLA) which can be found at **************. According to our terms, we clearly state that we offer no refunds. Additionally, directly on our pricing page’s FAQ section regarding contract and terms we state once again that we offer no refunds.

    Regarding your specific claim about the service functionalities, you reported two functions that were not requested during the demo. With that said, you asked for them during onboarding to which the agent you worked with responded he was not aware of the answer and would respond with you over email. We responded that both functions you need were possible. You then requested a refund to which we responded based on our terms, we are not able to offer that solution.

    At no point did you respond to any calls, emails, or chat messages regarding the solutions for your questions. We even went as far as explaining in detail over email, exactly how you can utilize the software for the function you need: you have ability to manually open/close any dates. We have an automatic cutoff timer that can be programmed as well. The second question you had was regarding *** and was able to be done but you never allowed us to show you how.

    All in all, the situation is simple. You had a demo. You asked the functions you needed. We showed you how it works. You agreed to purchasing our software and with that agree to the terms, like any purchase you make every day, and you decided you didn’t want the product due to no fault of our own. You have the right to not work with Sprwt or any of our product lines. However, we reserve the right to not give a refund.
