    Employee reprimanded for behavior. Employee vane to my home to collect a payment. When asked to leave the door tag and continue the loud conversation he was having he proceeded to yell and scream personal information about my account. The door was closed but my camera was recording. All this occurring on a holiday weekend in front of my neighbors.

    To clarify this situation, I will provide quick background information. 

    The customer leased an item and has made 4 out of the 12 monthly payments the lease requires. Her account was setup as auto draft and on the 5th payment the card was not approved until the 5th attempt. She charged back this amount and disputed it saying it is illegal for us to try her card this many times. She claimed she would turn us over to the *** for this. Her account has remained non renewed since this payment which is now running on 3 months late. After many calls, texts and emails we decided to try and reach her at her residence. She got upset we were there and when asked to leave we left the property but tried as we were leaving to explain the legal implications if she does not return or make a payment on the lease. She stated we were promoting her business to the whole neighborhood. She also stated we were there doing this on the Sunday of 4th of July weekend. Multiple people were on the same  call while we were there who can attest that nothing was being said to *************** in any wrongful manner. Also, we are closed on Sundays, and was actually at her residence on the 3rd, the day before the 4th. I (The owner) then called her a few days after this incident and let her know I would take around 25% off of her account to help her pay it off and she stated to call her 15 minutes later to pay it off. I tried her back then with no answer. I then called her again at 5pm. We have tried reaching out to her every day since with no response. All we require is our merchandise returned if no payment can be made. This clears up any confusion as to how to settle the debt with us if no payment is available. The customer can then come back to us and start exactly where they left off at a later date when they have steady income once again.
