Mailed me a bill for the copay I paid in the office. Either incredibly incompetent or purposeful in the over-billing practices. Either way- not going back.

Its all about the money....They withheld my first round of chemo until i paid up front for it...Also made me pay upfront for a ct scan. Of course just like I told them my ins covered 100% of the approved rate! That was 10/23...They still have money of mine.. Ive been a patient since 2017....they did the same thing to me at the riverside office. Horrible treatment!! Go to Mayo instead..they dont pull this stuff

Cancer Specialists of North Florida have an unacceptable and unsecure "Pay Bill" function on their website: *********************************************************. When you click on "Pay Bill" it simply asks for the amount of the bill with no reference to account number, service date, or any patient information. Basically they will just take your money with no verification of what account the money should be credited to.

This place (office in river city) is attempting to cheat and play the system. Ripping off insurance companies, and the customer. We were attempting to schedule a iron infusion and had an appointment set. After going back and forth they had told us we had to pay $900-$1000 out of pocket. We verified with our insurance company and this procedure is covered 100% of the cost after our $60 co pay. We found out they are coding us as a cancer patient needing chemotherapy when this is not the correct coding for this type of procedure. Even after talking directly to our insurance company they would not fix their mistake and said this is the way they do it. Terrible practice for a company especially as important as this. How long has this been going on for and how many people have been wronged?
