      It is so comforting to know that **** treats me very well and treats me as a person. Being on pain management is hard enough with all those who don't understand how much pain I am in 24 hours a day. I had 6 surgeries, and the pain is horrible, and **** seems to understand without judgement, and I Thank her for her kindness.

      Maybe this isn't other people's experience, but in my experience they told me that they were scheduling me for a pressure in which I had to wait over a month for, then when I get there I find out they are not performing the procedure and are just milking me and my insurance for another office visit. This delay put off relief for at least months because I start a new job in 2 weeks so I have to wait both for my new insurance info and approval. They lost me as a patient. Demanded they send my file to ********************************* I think they forgot to submit the procedure to my insurance company, and then tried to play it off as if I was always scheduled for just another follow-up so I can answer the same questions I already gave the answers to and pay for it a 2nd time.

      If you are looking for a compassionate staff to work with you to alleviate your pain Jax spine in not for you. They referred me another doctor for a procedure. I called this doctor 3 times and never got a call back. I called Jax spine to discuss options. The y never called me back so i called again asking for an appointment with doctor. They told me that the doctor doesn't take follow up appointments. WHAT !!!! They just cut me off and I'm still in pain. Thanks, so much. You may want to review the oath took when becoming a medical provider.

      Had consultation 1/16/24 for neck pain at Jax ***************************** on Park Street and was scheduled for medial nerve block on 1/18/24. I asked what the cost would be and was told by ************************* it "wouldn't cost that much." On the way to procedure morning of 1/18 was called and told my portion would be $814 and cost was $2,997. On arrival, the front desk said must be a mistake they don't ever charge that much. They said a patient with no insurance only paid $200. I went ahead with procedure and was charged the $814 my cost. Never will I go back to this "pain" clinic again. Is so sad that these places get you in quickly and before you know it you are charged an exorbitant amount for nothing and they, of course don't care but want the payment.

      I was unable to get a ride to this office for a neck injection so I called a taxi. Because of my use of a paid taxi svc the doctors office refused to treat me. Called the taxi folks thieves. I have been wasting my time and money with this office. Now I am still in lots of pain and have to start over somewhere else.

      ****** is amazing at the ******* location I go too, Ive had the pleasure of seeing her a few times there and each time she takes her time to listen, answers any questions I have and is upmost professional.

      My daughter and I had a car accident and were sent to these people by my physical therapist. Run away from them. They overcharge and are not honest. My daughter was charged $3,351.00 for a velcro back brace that you can get for $80.00 online. We got both got bills for $1,500 and magical it went up to $2,000 and change for me and $5,000 and change for my daughter. We even got charged for days we didnt make appointments for. When I asked for an itemized list from them for my accident lawyer, I got nothing but attitude and an "Itemized" list missing the items. I asked questions about the bill because the itemized list was only in code and not straight out. The guy raised his voice at me. They want you to pay without questions. The communications between their offices are horrible. You make an appointment, you show up and they don't have you listed. They make appointments without your consent and then charge you for not going. They wanted me to sign papers to pay them without me going to my accident attorney first. They also refused to forward our bills to our attorney.

      I have been seeing Coastal ***************************** for pain management. I changed **************** wouldn't accept mine. So, we started searching for another pain management company & ran across Jax ***************************** Center. I was only on the phone with their rep very very shortly until I hung up the phone disgusted with them. I am a long haul truck driver so when I make an appointment sometimes it is hard for me to get there if I get held up along my route. I told the lady at JS&PC that & she replied with "If you don't show up even if you call & cancel the appointment we will charge you $100". Oh M G, are they for real??? Before I even have a chance of getting medical care from them, they are already attempting to legally steal from me! That's all I need to say, because just what I just said speaks volumes about what they are all about!!! Stay away!

      I would think very carefully before letting ***************** work on your back. Last appointment went to get off table and my legs wouldn't work. I collapsed on the floor. The tech said when I can walk I can go home, The "caring" (NOT) doctor could't even stick his head in the room to see if I was okay. Well I'm not. Pain worse than ever.You have been warned.....*********************

      Today 12/20/2023, was the worst experience ever. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:15am at the River City location only to discover that my appointment was not there, but at the riverside office. I received a call from Jax spine office confirming my appointment at the river city location. Then I was told to go the riverside office, I got there at 11:35 only to be told they had no appointment for me and that doctor **** was not there. I called and spoke with an office manager, she was no help, so I left a message for someone name ***** to file a complaint, she has yet to respond. I do not recommend Jax Spine Center, it was the worst experience ever and a waste of my lunch hour.
