      We had a terrible experience with Turner Pest Control in ********, **. This was not our first time tenting a house, and Turner failed at every step. They charged our card in full upfront, despite agreeing to take half at contract and half at start. Unlike other companies, they did not provide protective bags for food and medicinewe had to store everything in our cars.We were told by our **** ****, that the tenting would begin early morning. Based on this, we rented a VRBO and made arrangements. But the day before, we had to call them to get a time. The day of fumigation, we still hadnt heard anything. After multiple calls, we were told the crew would arrive between 35 PM. **** could not reach the tenting company, and his supervisor never returned our request for a call. The crew finally arrived around 5 PM.We saw via our Ring camera that the tent was being removed at 6 AM the next dayless than 12 hours after it went up, which is concerning based on industry norms. We received no calls from Turner that the tenting was complete or that it was safe to re-enter. We left voicemails for Ryanhe never responded. We called the office and were given the name of a third-party company that turned out to be the wrong one. We only discovered the correct company after visiting the house and finding a notice from a different vendor.We finally got a text from a manager hours later saying the house was clear. That was the last we heard. No follow-up, no courtesy check, and their lockbox is still on our property a week later. We also canceled our additional services (termite bait and pest control) due to this experience and were refunded.Turner Pest Control showed a complete lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no accountability. We strongly caution others from using this company.

      I am so pleased with my Technician, *****. She was very patient and listened to all my concerns. She took the time to tell me what and where she treated. Was very informative. Thank you ***** for the excellent service you provide.

      I had use this company for a few years with no major issues. until recently I had to move and they needed to come pick up the termite equipment. The guy scheduled a date to pick up the equipment on March 22nd. which happened to be the same day my movers were coming, but Turner Pest guy came to my door telling me he's there to pick up the equipment. I told him it was in the garage and then I never saw him again so I assumed he took the equipment because he never came back to the door. A week later I'm getting a bill saying I owe them over $200 for this equipment because the tech did not notate that he picked the equipment up from my house even though I verbally spoke with the guy. I've called and spoke to them multiple times explaining the situation and they're still trying to say I owe them over $200 for equipment that I no longer have and their tech picked up. I would not recommend them they're dishonest and only out for the money and I will not be using their services with my new house.

      My HOA chose this company against my better judgement. I had to leave my home (10/2-10/5) with much protest over my Religious Holiday with my family, food & pets for Termite tenting because 1 neighbor had termites. I was told in writing & in person at my front door by the sales *** who attached the lock box to my house 2 days prior, that we would be cleared to come in to our house Saturday (10/5) at 5pm. NO ONE reached out to tell us differently, so in the rain, we packed up and moved out of our rental as scheduled. We arrived to locked doors & warning signs. No one answered any of the dozens of calls, messages & texts that I sent to ALL of the phone numbers we were given as contact. Including the 2 additional emergency numbers, that were posted on the sign on our front door. MY FAMILY OF 4 including children AND 4 PETS AND THE CONTENTS OF MY REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER were left with no information,no contact and no lodging on Saturday Night in the rain, in my parking lot. Fortunately, the owner of the rental was able to let us come BACK and stay an additional 2 ********* one even called to let us know that we were allowed back in our home until our property manager emailed at noon MONDAY.Reviewing my security cameras, I saw a *** of the SUBCONTRACTED company that they hired, Zip up to my home and rip the signs off of my door. No one entered my home to "clear" it in any way, but I guess it was fine since my windows were LEFT WIDE OPEN after the tent was removed on Saturday, leaving my home exposed to all of the elements, Florida rain and humidity for 2 days, as my AC was ALSO NOT RUNNING!!! STILL to this day no one has returned any of my calls. But they did email my HOA and tell them to offer me $150. Incompetent and unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this company.

      If I could give them zero stars, I would! Such a corrupt business. In May, they changed our quarterly service to 3 visits/year without notice as well as their billing, deducting more than the agreed amount from my checking account. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with them over their business practices and told them I would be cancelling my account in the Fall 2024 to go with a new company that offered quarterly service, they effectively cancelled my account on that date, voiding the 4 months of service I was entitled to with that payment. In my opinion, this business should be punished for their deceitful practices and I would stay as far away from them as possible!

      Turner Pest Control serviced three month quarterly and attic on May 23,2024 good report. On June 5 they sent a salesman to look at ,my attic. He climbed the steps looked into attic without going in the attic. He announced I had a number of rodents in my attic. The cost to service the attic again was $1547.. I said that I needed to think about and he could call me back the next day. He became upset and insisted on speaking to another family member because of the danger of all the rodents. I am a senior customer and finally let him speak to another member. We decided to let him as he was so concerned about all the rodents The attic was secured and traps set connected to sensors which would alert a cell phone in the Turner office. On June 19 I became concerned as they had not called or indicated a trap was tripped.. Finally on Junne 21 the service man came,checked the attic , and no rodents. Poor business practice to fraud a customer.
