Today, 4/12/25, I came in early in the morning and waited in the line for over an hour. I was there to have my dog seen because his right leg is swollen where the rabies shot was administered, and he is limping. I was called next to the front desk and spoke with ******* which I explained the situation. She went to speak with the ******* *** I found out later that his name is Dr. **** to come back and tell me that it's not a life-or-death situation so he won't be able to see him. I explained that his leg is swollen and is having a hard time walking which is serious since it has been going on for a week. ******* then wanted to go back and forth with me about what a life and death situation is. This is such a concerning situation that now doctors can determine *** they want to see and take care of.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Were very sorry to hear that your visit on April 12 did not meet your expectations, and we understand how upsetting it must have been to see your dog in discomfort and feel you werent getting the help you needed. We always aim to prioritize urgent and emergency cases, and while we regret that we werent able to see your pet that day, our team must make difficult decisions in real time based on the severity of symptoms and the number of patients in need of immediate care. We understand your dogs swelling and limping are very concerning, and it was certainly not our intention to dismiss your concerns or cause frustration. We also want to apologize if the communication during your visit came across as insensitive or dismissive. We are addressing this internally to ensure all team members handle conversations with empathy and clarity, especially when were unable to accommodate someone in the moment. Please know that we did offer a follow-up appointment for the next day so that your pet could be evaluated as soon as possible. We understand that this may not have been ideal timing given your concerns, but we hoped to provide a timely option for care under the circumstances. If your pet is still experiencing symptoms, we strongly encourage you to contact the place where your pet was vaccinated or visit a full-service veterinary hospital for further evaluation. We truly care about your pet's well-being and would like the opportunity to help if we can.

I brought in three cats to be neutered and spayed on Friday. They were supposed to be released back to me within 72 hours. Five days later they still have not been spayed or neutered and they are trapped in a cage where they cannot move around surrounded by other animals howling barking, meowing please viruses whatever you can imagine. This is inhumane to keep an animal trapped in the cage for five freaking days and their excuses. They had an overload of cats to be worked on well that is not the cats problem. The cats were brought to an appointment and dropped off. That is a staffing issue and a micromanagement time management situation that administration needs to handle by getting your veterinarians and veterinarian text, do what they supposed to do to get things done in the timely fashion five days in a cage to probably not even be fed appropriately. They’re probably just spray more in the cage and probably just dropping a handful of food inside the cage say the animals are being fed I don’t know, but the animals are still there, and I am not happy about this at all I will be contacting the veterinarian board of directors following the complaint against the organization For inhumane treatment of animals and no responsibility of doing jobs that are to be done in a timely fashion
