    Picked up online order. See upload. Signed receipt for $24.43 w/no tip. See upload. On 5/10/24, I called & talked to gen. mgr., ***, after balancing my bank account & finding that $28.43 had instead been paid. See upload. She said lots of tickets were done in the same hour as mine & $4 was added to my ticket by mistake. She promised to call acct. dept. right then & have it reversed. On 6/5/24 after balancing my bank account again & finding my $4 had not been refunded, I called the store & my call was immediately dropped. I continued to get the same result when I called, until 6/20/24 when mgr., ******* answered. When I informed her of the situation, she said only the gen. mgr. could help me & got my ph. # for ***. After not hearing from ***, I started calling again on 6/24/24 to again have my calls immediately drop. In addition to continuing to call w/the same result I started going to the store. I went on 6/25/24 @ 10:22 AM to find open sign on & door locked. I went on 6/28/24 @ 11:42 AM & guy who was working @ the time, said he'd give *** the note I left for her w/my ph. # included. See upload. I went on 7/1/24 @ 11:30 AM & *** was working. Though she hadn't bothered to call me, she had used my ph. # to locate my order. She said she didn't have the time to look into the overcharge again. She took a picture of the receipt after I told her I didn't want to leave it w/her. I haven't gone to the store again & ceased calling as of 7/2/24. As of now, 7/17/24, I've received no call from ***. So @ this pt., I feel what might've been a mistake has turned into a theft & though I've wanted to, I have not ordered again from this or any Hungry Howie's (HH) location because of the taint caused by it. I'm retired on a fixed income, & so every penny counts & needs to go to where my business is appreciated. I also just reported issue via an old survey link that still worked & working on doing so via the feedback form for HH corporate office.  Thanks.
