      Sewer issue. Company continues to either not show up or reschedule appointments. Have had a plumbing issue regarding sewer since July 20, 2022. Company has consistently shown up to appointments unprepared (inadequate supplies to perform work at least 5 times). Has been paid by my property management company for the work and still they have not completed the work. Despite the numerous appointments they either refuse or simply ignore the request and will not finish the work. House is becoming unsanitary due to their delays and refusal to do contracted work.

      Good Afternoon! We completed the work on 11/19/2022 per the scope of work that was approved by the property management company, *** ******** ********** ******** On 12/29/2022, we received a work order from the property management company, ***, stating that there seems to be some other sewer line issues going on at the property. Our office scheduled with the tenant to camera the sewer line for 12/29/2022; however, we had to cancel the appointment due to the weather. The appointment to camera the line is currently scheduled for 01/12/2023; please note that we are ONLY approved by *** to camera the line on 01/12/23-- any additional work required will have to be sent to *** for authorization. WE ARE ONLY AUTHORIZED to camera the line on 01/12/2023 and this WILL NOT FIX the sewer line issue. The sewer line issue is unknown until the camera is inserted down the sewer pipe to identify what and where the issue is. *** will be notified of any issues found after the camera is inserted and then our job is completed; we CANNOT do any further work until *** gives us the approval to do so. We also have not been paid in full as the tenant reports to the BBB, we have only been paid for the approved work that was completed in November 2022. We also have not been paid for the work to camera the line; this does not get billed out to *** until after the camera job is competed (scheduled for 11/12). Please also know that per our vendor policy with ***, we are only authorized to communicate with *** as *** is our customer, *** hired us and not the tenant--we are not authorized to discuss anything with the tenant outside of scheduling.
