      We called in to the owner *** as a referral from family, unfortunately *** created an order for partial of our issue and conveniently left off the part of our faucet needing to be fixed. Then the tech was in our home for 30 minutes took the faucet apart saw we had a leaky valve underneath on the hot water line. We knew of this however it was not a concern because the ball valve could be positioned where no leak occurred. The tech said I am going to get the parts for your repair. Came back, only replaced the a valve and then told my husband there was nothing he could do for the faucet (which was our issue to begin with) then proceeded to tell my husband it was going to be 367 for the valve. No price given before performing work and then gauging the cost on a $5 valve to $50 bucks plus inflating labor. Talked to owner , he told me he would call me back, then had the tech call which is not who I wanted to talk to. Then they send a filing notice. I called in and spoke to ****, who only cares about what the tech said and not the facts on camera in our home. I explained I had to replace the faucet myself since he didnt do the job and the fact that he didnt give us pricing before doing work is so wrong, she adjusted the price off a half an hour and then tells me to do her a favor, never call them again since I know how to fix everything. Absolutely horrific service, manipulative and deceptive workers. Non transparent pricing they just make it up as they go. The owner should have called and resolved the issue instead of the tech. And the front desk lady **** is the worst of all. My choice words back were deserving and we will never ever recommend or our family use their services ever again. Do not trust them!!!
